CIVIC INTEGRATION
Civic integration is about empowerment. AHCD equips community members with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to engage in public life. From advocacy training and voter education to system navigation and leadership development, we help immigrants become active participants in shaping the policies and institutions that affect their lives. AHCD provides workforce readiness programs, financial literacy workshops, and entrepreneurial support tailored to immigrant experiences. Safe Nourishment: Home-Delivered Groceries for Immigrant Families
🧭 Overview : AHCD’s Safe Nourishment Delivery Program is a direct response to the growing fear and food insecurity among immigrant families in Greater Boston. Due to heightened immigration enforcement, many undocumented and mixed-status households are avoiding public food pantries out of concern for their safety. This program ensures that families receive essential groceries—without exposure or risk—through discreet, culturally sensitive home delivery.

Mission: To empower immigrants with the tools, training, and support needed to launch and grow sustainable businesses that uplift families and communities. .
